We work with any organization and any form of meet, including college, USA Swimming, high school, summer, recreational and US Masters Swimming.
While we do use Meet Manager for all meets, the meet host is required to provide its license name for our use, or the host can provide a computer with the appropriate license installed. Hy-tek allows schools, clubs, championship meets and sites the right to purchase a Hy-tek license. Business licenses are not available for purchase.
Splash Timing requires an electrical connnection and any necessary extension cords and power strips. A table and a comfortable chair would be helpful as well, preferably indoors or in a shaded area for laptop screen visibility. Chilled bottled water would be a welcome bonus!
Yes, the semi-automatic Superior Swim Timing system using a two-button finish has been approved by USA Swimming for Official Times. However, it is not approved for World, Olympic and US Open records.
The SST system can be transported for any meet traveled to by automobile. If air travel is required, the SST system would not be available.
The needs of a swim meet will vary from one to the next. You may inform us of your desires through the Request Quote page, an email or an introductory phone call. Once your needs are received, a quote can be provided within 24 hours.
Payment is due by the conclusion of the swim meet. Checks may be made payable to Splash Timing. Cash, Venmo and Zelle are also accepted.
If there is no meet, there is no charge. If a meet is cut short, the host would be responsible for a pro-rated charge.
